Defense witnesses excluded from the case of Sergei Udaltsov and Leonid Razvozzhaev

Sergei Udaltsov's tweet says that an additional investigation into their case was conducted in one day and consisted in the fact that all defense witnesses were excluded from the case. Lawyers previously reported that out of 87 witnesses for the defense, 32 were listed as prosecution witnesses, and the rest were thrown out. Lawyers intend to appeal against the actions of the investigation. Now the case will again be transferred to the Moscow City Court. Udaltsov and Razvozzhaev are accused of organizing mass riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, as well as preparing to organize mass riots throughout the country.
