The head of the Moscow District Council Sokol became a defendant in a criminal case

Against the head of the Moscow District Council, Sokol, detained the day before, while trying to get 200 thousand rubles, opened a criminal case of fraud, the metropolitan head of the police said on Saturday.

As NTV recalls, the head of the Sokokov district, Vyacheslav Ivanov, was replaced by Vitaly Aksenov, whom Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin in February lasted from his position.

The head of the Sokol district council, as reported on Friday, was detained on suspicion of receiving 200 thousand rubles from a citizen for general protection.

On January 18, the investigation plans to apply to the court to resolve the issue of a preventive measure to the detained official.

According to NTV, on Saturday morning with that formulation - "General Patron" - the deputy chief of the Eastern Biryulev police Konstantin Glazov was also detained. Investigators came to him during an investigation into a criminal case of illegal gambling in Moscow.
