Co-chairman of the RPR-Parnas, deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma Boris Nemtsov was called to a survey in the Investigative Committee in Yaroslavl. He reports this on his Facebook page. The survey, which must be held on January 25, was appointed as part of a pre -investigation audit on the application of a colleague of Nemtsov on the regional Duma of Unicorn Mikhail Krupin. He demands to initiate a case against the leader of the RPR-Parnas under Article 183 of the Criminal Code (illegal receipt and disclosure of information constituting a commercial, tax or banking secret).
On December 25, 2013, Nemtsov published a post in his blog in which he placed screenshots from the website of the Federal Tax Service, proving that 16 unicorns from among the deputies of the regional Duma have arrears of taxes of up to 400 thousand rubles and above. This was the reason for the circulation of Krupin in the TFR.
“Krupin does not know that the tax debts are not a secret,” commented on the demonstration of the unicorn Nemtsov. “But the fact that crooks do not pay taxes is a crime that falls under the 198th article of the Criminal Code.” He added that he would seek to bring unicorns to criminal liability.
Previously, Nemtsov also expressed confidence that the “Find out your debt” on the FTS website was closed precisely after its exposure. On the evening of January 20, this service really did not work .
This is not the first case from the moment of the election of Nemtsov by the deputy, when they are trying to bring him to criminal liability. In the fall, the Investigative Committee conducted an audit for the presence in the actions of the policy of the compositions of Article 116 (beatings) and part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism using the media). On September 6, in Yaroslavl at a rally in support of the arrested mayor of the city of Yevgeny Urlashov, activist of the Prochremlin youth "Steel" Artem Kozlov threw eggs in Nemtsov. In response, the politician, according to the Nashist, struck him, after which Kozlov spent a week in the hospital with a concussion. At the same rally in his speech, Nemtsov said: "We will begin the liberation of the country from crooks and thieves with the Yaroslavl region." It was in this replica that investigators saw calls for extremism.
At the end of October, however, the TFR said that the checks did not reveal any or other crime in Nemtsov’s actions .
