Theododoros Terzopoulos presented in Perm the "Nosfrata"

The Greek director Theodoros Terzopoulos held in Perm the presentation of the play “Nosferatu”, which he will put on the stage of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater.

The musical basis of the performance was created by modern composer Dmitry Courland. The curator of the scenographic solution was one of the leaders of the ARTE Povera direction Yannis Kunellis.

One of the leading experts in the field of modern musical culture Fedor Lednev was invited as an assistant to the musical director of the production of Theodore Kurentsis.

The plot “Nosferata” is not tied to a specific era or place, but based on the ancient Greek myth on the transition of Persephones to the kingdom of the dead. Nosferata in this case an analogue of Aida is a gentleman of the underground world. Three Grows prepare Persephone for betrothal with Nosferata, gradually depriving her of feelings: vision, hearing, smell, touch, taste, as well as pain and memory.

The premiere of the play "Nosfrata" will be held on June 13 at the Diaghilev festival. The main roles will be played by Sofia Hill, Tasos Dimas, Alla Demidova, Natalya Pshenichnikova. The play will take part in the chorus and orchestra Musicaeterna , the ballet troupe of the theater.
