The woman had to sell two of them, and transfer the proceeds to him. The third bundle was intended for her for personal consumption as a reward for "work".
"The criminal actions to further spread the drug were suppressed by the employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Primorsky Territory, the heroin prepared for sale was removed from illegal trafficking," the RF IC concluded.
The detainees were charged with Part 3 of Article 30, part 3 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt on the sale of narcotic substances).
In Novosibirsk, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and FSKN were arrested, who bought heroin in a fold for indicative confiscation
A similar crime is investigated in the Novosibirsk region. There, six drug police and one employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are suspected of drug trafficking. 20 kilograms of heroin were seized from them.
Until recently, the detainees showed great successes in the fight against drug mafia, but they were just a staging. In October 2013, information appeared in the Russian press about the seizure of a large batch of drugs by Novosibirsk drug police. About 8 kg of heroin were packed in bags with vegetables transported by the Gazelle wagon under the control of a citizen of Tajikistan.
Later it turned out that this transportation of heroin was organized by the drug police themselves, including to improve indicators of operational-search work. According to investigators, the accomplices of the FSKN employees hired a cargo with vegetables who came to Novosibirsk in search of Tajik’s work, promising to pay 20 thousand rubles. At the same time, in three of the 17 bags they hid heroin, reports Sib.fm.
The court authorized listening to the telephone conversations of the suspects. And on January 16, 2014, the Office of the RF SF RF detained the defendants in the case: the head of the 2nd department of the operational service of the FSKN Office Alexander Yakushev, his deputy Timofei Sokolov and four operatives of the department of Vasily Markin, Mikhail Kushnir, Alexander Vasiliev and Ramsheed Isroilov. An employee of the Siberian District Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexander Bornikov and four civilians were also detained. In apartments and at the workplaces of the suspects, investigators conducted searches. During them, about 12 kg of heroin was discovered, prepared, according to the investigation, for implementation.
According to the case file, the operatives bought drugs in a fold. Earlier it was also reported that they established a channel for the supply of heroin from Central Asia.
The detainees were charged with part 3 of article 228 (illegal circulation of narcotic drugs), part 3 of article 286 (abuse of power), part 4 of article 303 (falsification of evidence and results of operational-search activity) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The Kirovsky district court of Novosibirsk first arrested five security officials. And on Tuesday, Alexander Yakushev joined them, against whom there was not enough evidence. The head of the 2nd department will be in jail N1 until March 15.
According to investigators, Yakushev developed the details of a falsified operation to detain a large batch of heroin. The suspect himself refutes this. The investigation petitioned Yakushev’s arrest, as it revealed contradictions in the testimony of the alleged participants in the gang, RIA Novosti reports.
Currently, under the subscription of the loss of departure and proper behavior, the drug police Ramshel of Isroilov and two civilians remain.
