The authorities refuse the opposition to issue a fan passport necessary to visit the Olympics in Sochi. On Thursday evening, such an activist Nikolai Levshits was refused. At the center of registration of spectators, who draws up these documents, the left -handed person said that the organizing committee of the Games has the right to refuse to any citizen of Russia or a foreign state in the resolution of entry into Sochi without explanation.

The oppositionist added that he knows three more cases of refusal of such failures. “So now we can definitely say that at the Olympics in Sochi -2014 not only a political filter, but also a civilian,” he concluded.

On Friday, a member of the Federal Political Council of Solidarity Alexander Baturin also announced the refusal of the fan passport. “They say because of @navalny,” the functionary noted, without specifying, however, the source of this information.

Earlier in January, the admission to the Olympics was refused Semyon Simonov, coordinator of the Migration and Law of the Memorial Human Rights. Simonov provided legal assistance to migrant workers involved in the construction of Sochi facilities.

To receive a fan passport, a citizen needs to submit detailed data about himself, which will subsequently check in the FSB, CPE and the FMS. In addition, it will be necessary to download a program from the site of the registration center of the audience, which will monitor the user through the microphone and webcam.
