
Investigators of the Oryol region opened a criminal case on the fact of triple murder and suicide in the village of Glazunovka. According to preliminary data, one of the guests of a local resident arranged a massacre on the basis of jealousy.
The corpses of four people with gunshot wounds were found in one of Glazunovka’s apartments, the official website of the RF IC reports.
Among the dead was a resident of the eagle, who, as established, came to visit his former cohabitant on January 23. "The girl was at the place of residence in the company of a young man and a girlfriend," the department explained.
Presumably, during the drinking of alcohol, a conflict occurred on the basis of jealousy between the arrived man and his lover. As a result, a man from the hunting rifle "Saiga" shot a girl and her friends, and then made a suicide.
The incident is qualified according to paragraph "a" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
We add that in the Oryol region a verdict was sentenced in a similar case of a brutal murder after a quarrel of former lovers.
The 71-year-old resident of the Novosilsky district Vladimir Fedin was in the dock. It was established that on December 28, 2012, a pensioner, while intoxicated, "during a quarrel with his ex -wife, doused her with a turpentine and set fire to it." The woman died from the burns received, the official website of the regional prosecutor's office reports.
In addition, during a search in Fedin’s apartment, 28 grams of marijuana were discovered.
The pensioner was charged with p. "D" of Part 2 of Article 105 (murder committed with particular rigidity), part 1 of article 228 (illegal storage of drugs without a sales purpose) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
By court a decision, Vladimir Fedin will spend 14 years and three months behind bars. He will serve the deadline in a maximum security colony. The court also limited the freedom of the pensioner for two years.
The Oryol Regional Court confirmed the verdict, and he entered into force.
