The British circle of critics unites more than 50 journalists writing about ballet and dance in English. The annual National Dance Awards Award is awarded at the end of the season for performances shown in the UK.
In 2014, more than 250 applicants were included in the short list of the prize, which performed from August 31, 2012 to September 1, 2013.
The Mikhailovsky Theater toured in London in March-April 2013. Boston’s ballet, Ballet San Francisco and the Rosas troupe also claimed the main award of British critics.
Natalya Osipova has already become the owner of the British Circle of Critics twice - in 2007 and 2010 she received awards for the ballets of the Bolshoi Theater. According to the results of 2013, the prize became the third for her.
