The authors of the application called on the police not to prevent the march. "Any attempt to force a peaceful procession can turn into unpredictable consequences," the document says. The organizers assigned responsibility for them to the authorities.
On January 24, officials refused to coordinate the march . Instead, they suggested holding a rally on Academician Sakharov Avenue.
