In Kiev, the protesters unlocked the buildings of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, today.ua reports . Of the three ministries whose work was previously blocked by the protesters in the center of Kyiv, only the Ministry of Agrarian Policy did not resume work.

Employees of the Ministry of Energy on Khreshchatyk Street entered the building not through the central entrance, but from the yard. The order is provided by employees of the Militarized Guard of the NEC "Ukrenergo". The Ministry of Justice on Gorodetsky Street is guarded by Berkut fighters in complete uniform. There are no protesters near both buildings.

On Sunday evening, activists of the “Common Case” movement occupied the building of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine . Protesters took control of the entrances, exits and all the premises of the building, as well as barricaded the entrances to it.

"At the request of law enforcement officers, young people in masks and helmets armed with wooden and metal sticks (about 50 people) categorically refused to go into the premises to inspect the scene. At the same time, they (invaders) said that the state enterprise was captured for heating and overnight activists," the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

The representative of the invaders, Alexander Danilyuk, told Ukrainian Pravda that activists are not going to free the Ministry of Justice building, since they consider the government of the country illegitimate. At the same time, he promised that employees of the ministry would be allowed into the building.

The head of the department Elena Lukash announced her intention to appeal to the National Security and Defense Council with a demand to introduce a state of emergency in the country. She made the corresponding statement on Monday night on the air of the Inter TV channel. In addition, she promised to appeal to the country's President Viktor Yanukovych demanding that the opposition negotiate negotiations.

The minister explained that in the captured building on Sunday, work was conducted aimed at resolving the political crisis in the country. In particular, the issues of amnesty and amnings to the Constitution of Ukraine were considered.

"Ukrainian Pravda" reported that the captured Building of the Ministry of Justice was visited by the leader of the opposition party, the hit by Vitaly Klitschko. He asked the activists to release the ministry, but was refused.

On Sunday night, protesters stormed the Ukrainian house in the center of Kiev , while several law enforcement officers suffered. About 200 policemen left the building surrounded by fighters of special forces of the Berkut Ministry of Internal Affairs. The police stated that law enforcement officers were used, presumably, a combat grenade that did not explode - there was a check on it. In turn, protesters distributed information that cartridges from military weapons were discovered on the roof of the building, which indicates that there were snipers.

On Friday, activists of the "Common Case" occupied the building of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, on Saturday - the Ministry of Energy. Danilyuk then said that "after negotiations of the opposition leaders with President Viktor Yanukovych, it became finally clear that the promised attack would have to be organized independently."

On Saturday evening, Yanukovych said that he was ready to resign the government and carry out constitutional reform. The leader of the Fatherland party Arseniy Yatsenyuk is invited to head the Cabinet of Ministers. The President Vitaly Klitschko, the president, offered the post of deputy prime minister on humanitarian issues. On Sunday, opposition leaders did not give an unambiguous answer to that proposal. In turn, the ruling Party of Regions said that the proposal is not unlimited, and Viktor Yanukovych expects an answer to it until Tuesday.
