Only monopolists refute rumors together: they say, an increase in temporary and seasonal, because the demand for fuel within the country has fallen in the New Year's period. True and promise that a decrease in demand will stop or backward, do not want to.
The main thing is that the leap is not sharp, the experts with whom the Business FM publication talked to. Many of them are confident that increasing fuel prices cannot be avoided over three to six months.
Independent traders to prevent a crisis offer to release retail prices for gasoline to the market level. This will help to avoid the ruin of independent manufacturers.
The second measure is to control the level of fuel exports of large companies, then no shortage in the domestic market will definitely happen.
Recall that at the end of last year, President of the Union of Oil Industry of Russia Gennady Shmal, predicting the rise in price, called the average figure of 10%. "Prices will go up, as oil is getting more expensive, new tax rates are introduced for its production. I see no reason for gasoline prices to fall," the industry lobbyist explained at a press conference in Moscow.
According to his estimates, a liter of the 92nd Banzin at Moscow gas stations during 2014 will reach at least 35-36 rubles, the 95th will be sold for about 37-38 rubles, and the price of the 98th will reach a psychological mark of 40 rubles.
According to the Central Dispatch of the FIE, in the first two weeks of January, exporting companies increased the supply of commodity gasoline to the international market by 206.3 thousand tons. At the same time, the fuel supply in storages decreased from the recommended by the Ministry of Energy of 1.7 million tons to 1.4 million. The supply of gasoline to the domestic market has also decreased.
As a result, the owners of private gas stations complain that they are already experiencing difficulties with the purchase of fuel for their gas stations.
Experts call the main factor in raising gas tariffs to increase the share of various taxes and fees in the price of each liter of fuel, which today already exceeds 65% and continues to grow. In particular, since 2014, a phased increase in the tax on minerals (NPPs) is provided. At the same time, an export customs duty will decrease.
In addition, the price is also growing due to the transfer of Russian refineries to a new environmental standard, which also requires the oil workers of huge expenses, and they are ultimately laid in the price of fuel.
Consumer prices for automobile gasoline in the Russian Federation, as follows from the Rosstat report, increased by 0.1%from January 13 to 19, diesel fuel also went up by 0.1%.
