Chernikova effect. Part II

Let me remind the reader that in the previous release of the TRV-hunger, we began to disassemble the “Chernikova effect” in detail. In short, the essence of this effect is that linden dissertations and linden scientists, unlike real emergency scientists, do not arise by themselves from scratch. They are the result of the environment. It is how this environment is arranged, we are trying to figure out a specific example.

So, the last time we were convinced that the defense of the doctoral dissertation of the current rector Misis Alevtina Chernikova was provided by a specialized team from a scientific consultant and three opponents who knew their job. The reader has already noticed that the frankly frank dissertations illustrating the work of this team, fabricated by its members, are dated by an earlier time than the defense of A.A. Chernikova. That is, they all gathered to defend the dissertation under consideration with knowledge of the matter.

But how is it, you ask, and the dissertation council, is he also like that, how to say it is more polarly ..? Yes, yes, experts who know their business gathered there. Bondarev works as a professor at the Department of Economic Theory and Management Management and fruitfully manages graduate students, brings up young people. For the achieved successes in teaching and scientific activity, Professor Bondarev repeatedly received the gratitude of the rector and honorary letters, was awarded the honorary sign “Excellence in the Higher School of the USSR”, the medal “Veteran of Labor” and the sign “Honored Worker of Higher School” [2].

One of his pupils is Ph.D. Galina Valerievna Kuznetsova.

Chernikova, after defending her dissertation, occupied the chair of the university head. To this day, she leads the Dmitrov branch of the RGTEU, which became part of the Plekhanov University in December 2012 [5].

So, in this part of the multi -part “Chernikova effect”, we learned about how the provincial Oryol dissertation council, sharpened for the reproduction of linden candidates and doctors of science, is associated with the same metropolitan council, who was comfortably located in the heart of Russian education and already having influential patrons.
