The authorities should free activists from prisons without any conditions. This was announced at a briefing at the headquarters of national resistance by the commandant of the Maidan Andrei Parubiy, reports UNN. According to him, the Maidan will not go to the requirements of the so -called amnesty law.

“Our position is unchanged. We cannot change people to the premises. The authorities should be in prisons unilaterally,” Parubiy noted. “Maidan as stood - the Maidan will stand so.”

The Maidan commandant also said that the barricades on Grushevsky Street would not be removed. "There are very good barricades. We put too much effort to these barricades, and there are icons of dead guys on the barricades," Parubiy said.

The Law on the amnesty of the protest shares was adopted in violation of constitutional norms, according to a joint statement by the leaders of the opposition factions of Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Vitaly Klichko and Oleg Tyagnibok. Viktor Yanukovych bears personal responsibility for this, the document says. Instead of a peaceful settlement of the crisis, the majority in the Rada continues to escalate the confrontation.

Late in the evening on Wednesday, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on amnesty of the activists of the Euromaidan, according to which the persecution of all activists is stopped, except for the accused of committing especially serious crimes. The condition for the entry of the law is called the release of protesters of executive authorities and local self -government, with the exception of the Ukrainian house and the October Palace, located next to the Independence Square, their demonstrators are still allowed to hold.

The bill was introduced by a deputy from the Party of Regions, a representative of the president in the Rada Yuri Miroshnichenko. 232 votes were cast for it with the minimum necessary 226. These are 189 regionals, 32 communists and 11 independent deputies. About one and a half dozen deputies from the Party of Regions did not vote in support of the law.

In total, the Verkhovna Rada entered four projects of amnesty. Two of them did not imply any preliminary conditions on the part of the demonstrators, and the opposition demanded that these documents be put on voting. Over 50 regionals expressed their readiness to support an amnesty without conditions for the opposition.

However, in the evening of Wednesday, Yanukovych arrived in the Verkhovna Rada and in an ultimatum form demanded that the ruling party support the bill Miroshnichenko. The view of the head of state was alarmed. At a meeting of the regional faction, communication took place in high colors. Yanukovych said loudly: "Either vote Miroshnichenko, or we do not vote today."

According to the regional, the president threatened to dissolve the Rada, and also not to sign the law adopted on Tuesday on the abolition of repressive norms introduced on January 16 . As deputies of the ruling party passed, Yanukovych assured that his "hand would not tremble."

After the adoption of the amnesty, Miroshnichenko himself assured that the adopted law would enter into force immediately after the head of state signed, and the Euromaidan force disperse will not be under any circumstances.

Parubiy then noticed that the demonstrators would not free up buildings, but, on the contrary, will strengthen the defense of Euromaidan in case of dispersal. "I am now going to people on the Maidan and we will definitely strengthen the security on the Maidan," the commandant said.

Tyagnibok also stated that activists would not free up the captured buildings. According to the politician, the adoption of the law prepared by Miroshnichenko shifts responsibility for repressions regarding protesters from power to the opposition. At the same time, Tyagnibok added, when accepting the document, the Rules of the Verkhovna Rada were violated.
