Thus, the period of stay of Gaskarov in the pre -trial detention center will be 12 months authorized by the court.
Many activists came to support the political prisoner, including Vladimir Akimenkov, released in amnesty. Lawyers Dmitry Dinze and Svetlana Sidorkina asked to free Gaskarov on bail or change his preventive measure for house arrest.
On Monday, the judge of the Moscow City Court Andrei Motorin extended the term of stay in the pre -trial detention center to another "swamp of the second wave" - Ilya Gushchin. He will remain under arrest until June 6. Now the political prisoner is getting acquainted with the materials of his business. By petitioning the further content of Gushchina in custody, the investigation indicated the need to complete the acquaintance with the case, draw up an indictment and send it to the prosecutor's office. Motorin agreed with these arguments.
The judge also noted that the investigation has not yet been able to establish and detain all participants in the "mass riots" in Bolotnaya Square. In addition, it is said in the decision that there are no guarantees of the voluntary appearance of Gushchka in the court in case of release.
Gushchin has been in custody since February 6, 2013. His business is combined into one proceedings with the affairs of Gaskarov, manager Alexander Margolina and pensioner Elena Kokhtareva. Margolin is also contained in the pre -trial detention center, Kokhtareva is under the subscription about the lower room. All of them are charged with part 2 of Article 212 (participation in the riots) and part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities).

In response, Gaskarov struck a rubber club on the face and, throwing to the ground, began to beat their feet. The activist received cut heads of his head. He filed an application for beating in the TFR, but in the end he himself became the accused.
On August 26, a second victim appeared in Gaskarov - an officer of the military unit, who stood in a dress during a marsh of millions on May 6, 2012. His name is not reported. At the identification, the officer pointed to the activist as a person who pulled his hand and pulled two or three steps out of the chain. The issues of defense about what the violence was applied by the activist in relation to the military, investigator Alexei Bykov lifted.
The officer said that on the eve of receipt of the agenda, the head of the military unit showed him a video from Swamp Square. Thus, the military came to identify Gaskarov after watching the video.
Sidorkina’s lawyer then stated that in the new episode, a sane activist, there are no signs of a crime, and therefore the officer’s procedural status should be replaced from the victim to the witness.
