However, before the new Ukrainian government, which should be formed after the resignation of Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov, it is necessary to carry out economic and political reforms.

By the way, Ashton today, February 4, arrives in Kyiv on a two -day visit. She intends to “negotiate with President Yanukovych and the leaders of the opposition in order to provide assistance to the cessation of violence, the political dialogue and the country's exit from the political crisis,” her press secretary Maya Kosyankich said. Ashton has already visited Ukraine on January 29.

She clarified: “Some of these factors still need to be determined. We have been supporting and calling for Ukraine for a long time to work productively with the International Monetary Fund in the field of development and restoration of the prosperous economy. We will take into account the mentioned factors after the formation of a new government in Ukraine and see what decisions and which aid package we will provide, if at all,”.
