How the blockade was sorted

According to the federal law, only those who lived in the besieged city for at least four months can be considered the inhabitants of the besieged Leningrad. Residents of the blockade Leningrad have the right to many benefits, and an increase in beneficiaries (if you suddenly consider all those who lived in the city less) the Russian government and deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation have been resisting for many years.

However, on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade, deputies of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly decided to make a gift to all those who lived in the city during the blockade (and 1 month, and 2, and 4) to pay them from the city budget three thousand rubles. For this, parliamentarians in two readings adopted an amendment to the law on one -time payment. But in the third, the people's deputies from the EP and the LDPR threw out the amendments from the text about those who lived in the city for less than 4 months. Since the city authorities said that there was no money in the budget for everyone.

On February 3, the Partburo program on the St. Petersburg channel discussed this scandalous story. Elena Rakhov’s deputy from Osra was reproached: “First, they promised the payment to everyone, and then they took a part of the blockade, they were thrown out, sorted on a formal basis, this is even worse than if you forgot about them at all.” Elena Rakhova replied: “Yes, there is such a problem. There is such a category of people. We know about them. We call them "illocades."

Well, something similar in history has already been: Goebbels, for example, called the Slavs, Jews and gypsies "subhuman".

The St. Petersburg outdoor advertising operators were asked for the time of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade to remove all the posters of German origin from the city streets in order to avoid the occurrence of social conflict ... ”. The initiative was attributed to the St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise “City Center for Advertising Placement” (GTsrr) and the St. Petersburg Committee for Press and Media Relations.

A letter on the GTSRR form, with the outgoing data of the Center and the signature of its director - Yuri Burunov, hit the media. The scandal erupted, and the leadership of the GTSRR renounced authorship. Burunov explained that this letter was a fake. And its creator is one of the recently resigned employees of the GTSRR. A check was started. Her results in Smolny were announced briefly: “We found out that we are not involved. Without details. "

Not that soldier

On the eve of the anniversary at the metro stations in St. Petersburg, posters appeared, on which the soldier kisses the cross before the battle. The photographer from Armavir Shirak Karapetyan-Milstein was indignant: “I took this costume photo in 2006 at the local theater!” None of the representatives of the city administration was connected with the author, he did not ask for permission to use. Again, all the ways lead to the GTSRR and the Committee on Press and Relations of the Media.

The townspeople were outraged by three things: 1. This is plagiarism; 2. 3. Officials do not know the story well - during the war, public kissing of crosses was impossible. Officials ignored the scandal with a cross.

"He is a monument!"

At the Nevsky Piglet Memorial, they were supposed to open a monument to the Soviet soldiers who fell in battles in the defense of Leningrad. But on the eve of the anniversary, an already established monument of black marble with the inscription "Remember your feat, Leningrad!" Gone.

At first, the guilt was dumped on the vandals. Later, the vice-governor of the Leningrad region Nikolai Emelyanov said: “This is an illegal object, and it was dismantled by authorized persons in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.” According to him, no one applied to the department of protection of the region’s monuments for the approval of the region.

The scandal erupted. The governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko demanded to return the monument to its former place, but so far to close it with a fabric, and spend all the necessary approvals after the anniversary. “But if this does not happen, the monument will still be dismantled,” the Leningrad region summarized the administration.

"The winners of the blockade"

At the St. Petersburg Mint, 170 commemorative medals were made - on a red block decorated with an elegant laurel branch, with the words: "The winner of the blockade of Leningrad." Such a term in Leningrad history has not yet been. Is it possible to defeat the blockade not from a historical, but from a grammatical point of view, in general - a question.

Medals were ordered by the Moscow public organization of defenders and residents of the besieged Leningrad. The image of the salute and the Memorial “Torn Ring” was minted on the medals. They also engraved the inscription - "The winner of the blockade of Leningrad."

As it happened

People who arrived on January 18, on the day of the breakthrough of the blockade, lay flowers to the building of the blockade substation on the embankment of the Fontanka River, 3, found that the memorial plaque dedicated to the feat of tramas has disappeared.

The city sculpture museum was not informed in the department for the care of the monuments of the museum of the city sculpture where the board disappeared, but they emphasized that the object "is definitely not at restoration." The board has not yet been found.

Nazis - "Liberators"

In January, 80 posters and about two thousand more stickers in the subway with a delusional mistake in the name of the memorable date were placed on the streets of St. Petersburg. Literally it was written: "January 27-the day of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the blockade of its Nazi troops." Recall that the commemorative date - January 27 - last fall, the State Duma deputies renamed. The day of the lifting of the blockade of Leningrad became "the day of the full liberation of the Soviet troops of the city of Leningrad from the blockade of its Nazi troops." The Duma insisted: "Renaming is necessary to more fully reflect the role of the feat of the Soviet troops in the elimination of the blockade." But in the preparation of posters and stickers, it was precisely the “Soviet troops” that fell from the new name.

After the citizens noticed the mistake, by order of Smolny officials, all posters and stickers with an error were shot in a few hours. And after a few days, new ones are printed and hung - already without error.

There will be a "street of life" here

The chairman of the City Committee on Culture Vasily Pankratov said that during the years of the blockade, the current Italian street bore the unspoken name "Street Street". Pankratov noted: "On this street there was something that gave people the feeling that, despite all hell, the city lives." The blockade were indignant: there was no such street in the city, it was a lie. During the war and blockade, Italian street was called Rakova Street, and the Street of Life was never called.

The project “Street of Life” was already launched at the time of the statement of Vasily Pressov (8 million rubles were allocated for it) and widely advertised, so the chairman of the city committee on culture simply ignored the outrage of the blockade.

Inedible porridge

As part of the project “Street of Life”, the city authorities decided to reconstruct the “atmosphere of the life of the besieged Leningrad” using wartime attributes. They came up with the installation of field kitchens in the city center, as well as place freight and cars on Italian street, trolleybus and tram of those years, anti -aircraft guns and fire equipment, anti -tank hedgehogs, long -term mesh, sand bags, wooden shields and other protective equipment used by the inhabitants of Leningrad in the defense of the city. From the point of view of historians and blockade, the idea of ​​“historical reconstruction” is extremely unsuccessful. There were no anti -tank "hedgehogs" on Italian street, the "hedgehog" stood on the middle horned. And even more so, it was not and could not be during the blockade in the starving Leningrad field kitchens.

Despite all the absurdities, the project “Street of Life” started on January 25 and finished on January 27. City officials did not notice historical inconsistencies. Field kitchens were canceled at the last moment. Plastic hedgehogs remained.

Waiting for Putin

On January 27, after the parade at the Piskarevsky cemetery in honor of the 70th anniversary of the departure of the blockade, the Petersburgers who watched it because of the cordon wanted to lay down flowers. But the road was blocked by a chain of soldiers. The townspeople were offered to go through the long entrance, which was also closed. Many unfolded and left, and the flowers gave the cordon to the commander, with a request to attribute them to the eternal light. The people murmured: why are frozen pensioners, adolescents and adults with children not to honor the memory of the dead? Someone tried to break through the cordon, but to help the soldiers built a second, and then the third line. Through the cordon, it was evident that at the eternal fire people were waiting for people similar to officials. The crowd suggested that Putin was waiting for Piskarevsky cemetery, and were not mistaken. Soon the president really appeared and headed for the eternal fire.

The townspeople, especially the blockade, will remember how, on the day of the 70th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade, they were prevented from honoring the memory of the fallen.
