But still, it was at least the appearance of a dialogue between the authorities with the population. People were at least asked and even more so did not punish for questions. What is there Medvedev, Putin himself at the beginning of the third period signed a decree according to which any initiative that gained 100 thousand votes on the Internet becomes legislative and should be discussed by the State Duma.

Although theoretically easily one could “sanctify” the same law on the prohibition of gay propaganda: homophobia in the country has long-standing deep traditions, folk authors would clearly have enough. Because any precedent of folk intervention in the work formally chosen by this people is dangerous: if today 100 thousand people sign up with the prohibition of sex propaganda and the thought will joyfully legalize it, tomorrow the other 100 thousand will want to adopt a law that the Kremlin is acutely not like, but it would still have to be considered.

This country has already crawled into a man -made economic crisis, caused by the fact that the business no longer wants to invest in such an economy with such power. In the country where we live, there is no historical horizon. We do not know what will happen tomorrow and what happened yesterday: until tomorrow no one will inform us of this. And you can no longer ask. Neither about the past, nor even about the future.

The USSR largely destroyed the distance between the authorities and the people, which gradually expanded to the size of the abyss, into which the country has fallen an economically and mentally exhausted country. Something similar begins to happen to Russia. The authorities want to hear only good to himself, to live in the world of olympiads, world championships and great geopolitical victories for distant lands. She created a cozy life for herself. And now, like a king from the Schwartsevsky “ordinary miracle”, she does not intend that someone violated the idyll with unpleasant news or questions: “I feel-I feel, something was wrong, and there is nothing to look into the face of reality.”

The problem is that this fictional "their" country is becoming more and more real. And this seems to be our real more ghostly.
