In relation to the creative center "Third Path" in Moscow, a criminal case has been instituted under part 1 of Art. 243 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("destruction or damage to cultural heritage"). The maximum punishment under this article is imprisonment for up to three years.

According to Izvestia with reference to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, the department of the Office of Zamoskvorechye is conducting an investigation into an offense, the identity of the violator has not yet been established.

According to the director of the Third Path Center, Lada Raskolnikova, representatives of the Zamoskvorechye police department have repeatedly hinted at her during interrogations that she herself could become an “unidentified personality”. “The chief of the OVD Zamoskvorechye, Isa Bogatyrev says that I will fall under a criminal case if I continue to defend the premises on Pyatnitskaya,” said Lada Raskolnikova. - Apparently, they achieve that I do not interfere with the "master" the budget allocated for reconstruction. "

The creative center “Third Path” was evicted from the building, where it was located for more than 20 years - on the night of January 22, 2014, employees of the Zamoskvorechye police department opened the room on Pyatnitskaya Street and carried out tools and things from the club.

Restoration work in the building is carried out by the organization of the RSK "Renaissance" by order of the owner of the premises - the parish of the temple of Mikhail and Fedor Chernihiv.

The conflict between the creative center "Third Path" and the Chernihiv courtyard lasts many years. In 1992, the building at the address Pyatnitskaya St., 4/2, p. 1 was transferred to the arrival of the temple of Mikhail and Fedor Chernigov, after which the cultural center was supposed to move out.

The Third Path has repeatedly defended its right to stay in the building. The Arbitration Court recognized the right of the center to premises until the city government provides another suitable place for the third path, but the center was evicted without providing him with another premises. Now the apartment where the center was located was sealed.

The director of the Center Lada Raskolnikova believes that the accusation of damage to the cultural heritage object is untenable, since the owner of the building - the Chernihiv courtyard - did not contain it in proper condition for 20 years. “The house is practically destroyed, what can there be more damage? - says the director of the "third path". “Moreover, our floor is not recognized as the subject of security, so to appeal to the object of cultural heritage is simply absurd.”

Representatives of the RSK Vorozedi LLC and the Chernihiv courtyard refused to comment.

The Third Path, organized in 1991 by the artist and musician Boris Raskolnikov, is the oldest Moscow Club, registered as a public organization. At one time, the groups “Sounds of Mu”, “Polite Refusal”, “Knife for Frau Müller”, Markscheider Kunst , “Hummingbird”, singer Inna were welcome and other musicians were rehearsed and performed in it.
