The license is also revoked by Link-Bank, according to the Central Bank website. The bank "did not create adequate risks of reserves for possible losses on loans, and also violated the procedure for accounting," the report said. "The total amount of the above operations in 2013 exceeded 20 billion rubles," the Central Bank notes. On January 1, Link-Bank ranked 769 place in the banking system.
On January 31, the Central Bank withdrew the license from the Moscow "My Bank" . The license was revoked due to the fact that the bank did not comply with federal laws on banking and regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia, submitted inaccurate reporting data and cannot satisfy the claims of creditors for monetary obligations.
