Whose term did Marina Nogina, a simple trolleybus driver from the city of Kirov, serve?

A few days ago, Marina Nogina was released from a colony-settlement near Kirovo-Chepetsk. She did not ask for pardon, the amnesty did not apply to her article of moderate gravity, but her term did not fall on a leap year either, so Nogina did not take an extra day, but sat from call to call for exactly 912 days.

Novaya Gazeta wrote about the case of Nogina, a simple trolleybus driver from the city of Kirov, who was accused of hitting a 13-year-old girl, Alisa Suvorova. Alice died in the hospital a few hours later, Marina was brought to the case first as a witness, although she did not see anything, then she was transferred, as usual, to the suspects, and then charged. Marina did not admit her guilt and will never admit it, because she had nothing to admit.

The verdict stood, of course, in all courts, up to the Supreme Court, only distant and slow Strasbourg remained, and the city and almost 12 thousand people from all over the country, who signed the petition in defense of Marina Nogina, are confident in her innocence and that the investigation has done everything it is up to him to divert suspicion as far as possible from the cowardly scoundrels who knocked down the child and fled the scene of the crime.

Lyapov in this court case was an incredible amount, let me remind you the main ones.

At first, the investigators said that the girl was hit by the rear wheels of a trolleybus, then, already in the verdict, it turned out that the front ones. Accordingly, all investigative actions were carried out around and around the rear wheels: scrapings were taken from them, in which biological particles were found. Let's say right away that the experts failed to reliably determine who these particles belong to, but the court nevertheless uses this data in the verdict.

None of the documents “concretized the mechanism of causing damage to the victim by the vehicle driven by M.V. Nogina…. Meanwhile, this mechanism is an integral element of the event of this crime and is subject to mandatory proof, in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 73 Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. This, by the way, is a quote from the conclusion of the NEPS, the very legal council that, on the instructions of President Medvedev, assessed the Magnitsky case. The judges of the regional court refused to attach this conclusion when considering the cassation appeal, which in itself cannot but raise the question: were they actually looking for the truth or were they trying to hide the real culprit?

This amazing verdict is replete with assumptions and phrases like: "The court cannot exclude." By the will of Judge Zaitsev, the body of the unfortunate girl flies from wheel to wheel, the backpack slides off the back, and then crawls there on its own, on the day of the incident itself, no one from the investigation examines either the bottom of the trolleybus or the front wheel ... In general, for whatever fact grab it, if, of course, you take up the matter professionally and without prejudice - there is nothing unconditionally speaking about the involvement of the trolleybus driven by Marina in the death of poor Alice. All independent experts spoke about the disgusting quality of the expertise available in the case, but who will listen to them?!

- Marina, what was it like in the zone?

- The rules are not draconian, you can live. The feature of the colony-settlement is that you can go out to work outside the zone, they have free clothes, you can dye your nails and hair with the permission of the administration. I was in two colonies: the last one was checked six times a day, every three hours. The administration didn't care for me. They treated well. More trouble can be experienced from the prisoners: the women there are very peculiar, they try to crush the new ones. Most sit because of drinking or explosive characters, but the character does not get better there, only worse. Because around, like a pack of wolves, denunciations are welcome, but informers are not loved at the same time. And so: there you will definitely be fed, you will sleep for 8 hours, you are required to dress, everything will be given out for free, then they will deduct if you work, if you don’t, then they will not be deducted. But you can’t refuse work: you can end up in a punishment cell.

- Why didn't you get out on parole, Marina?

- And after getting up, I lay down on the bed, my head hurt a lot, then a junior officer came in with a check, and then they also forced my neighbors to write that I was sleeping, they wrote. There is no justice there: everything is at the discretion of the administration, whatever they want, they will do with the convicts.

Five minutes of lying on the bed cost Nogina a year in prison. Or maybe someone wanted her to serve a full term ... In Marina's measured life in a colony-settlement, there was one not quite ordinary event. Once two law enforcement officers came to her, Marina refused to talk to them without a lawyer, but they managed to ask Nogina if she was going to admit her guilt. Of course not, said Marina. That's where the conversation ended.

Kind of strange, right?

And here, perhaps, I will move on to the main thing, which prompted me to once again return to the case of Marina Nogina. These are the testimonies at the investigation and trial of three very important witnesses, which Judge Zaitsev carefully ignored. The first witness, Alisa Mashkina. When Alice approached the girl, there were already people around her who tried to call an ambulance, which means that it was in the very first minutes after the accident.

“... two police officers approached the lying girl, they were not traffic police officers. They were simply dressed in gray winter uniforms, and I think they were about forty years old, they did not have a mustache, one had blue eyes.

The second witness, Yevgeny Nekrasov, a traffic police inspector, aged 28, arrived at the scene a few minutes after the accident; Alisa Mashkina had already left by this time.

“... Next to the girl was a police officer dressed in a gray uniform. I did not have time to determine the affiliation to any unit of this police officer. Almost immediately, a second police officer approached me, dressed in the same gray uniform: I also did not determine whether the police officer who approached me belonged to any unit. This employee explained that the people around were not witnesses to the accident and did not see under what circumstances the girl was injured. After that, this police officer handed me a school diary, which contained information about the girl and her relatives…”

The third witness, Yevgeny Mitin, a traffic police inspector, aged 26, arrived at the scene along with Nekrasov.

“... Next to the girl was some police officer in a gray uniform. I did not have time to determine the belonging to any unit of this police officer ... The girl was conscious ... She told me her name.

Interesting, right? Three witnesses at once, and two of them are employees of the authorities, speak of an unknown rank and rank of policemen who were at the scene before them, moreover, who managed to get into the child’s backpack and take out the diary from it, and even interview others . And why is no one looking for these policemen? It turns out that traffic police officers are talking about the absence of witnesses to the tragedy ... from the words of these same police officers who wished to remain anonymous.

And why none of the witnesses saw anything, and then a bunch of witnesses suddenly appear who saw everything in detail, even, for example, how the girl went under the bottom of the trolley bus - however, the witness who saw this for some reason did not scream and did not try to this stop the trolley bus?

And what kind of investigators are they, so casually conducting such a high-profile case? And this is Dmitry Bushkov, a police major, and his boss Fyodor Konovalov. But how are they not afraid to work like that, through their sleeves, on the eve of re-certification, when the entire country's police tremble?! After all, they risk not getting into a bright police future.

Everything will come together if only for a moment we assume that unknown police officers, whom no one began to look for, are directly related to the crime, and the main task assigned at that time to the internal affairs bodies of the Kirov region was not to solve the crime, but to conceal it and the appointment of a guilty person from among those around him who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. A few minutes decided the fate of Marina Nogina. A few minutes - and a complete lack of conscience.

- We are convinced that employees of law enforcement agencies were involved in the murder of Alice, it was they who were “dismissed” by colleagues from the police investigation and experts dependent on them; we are convinced that this was done out of a selfish desire to recertify at any cost.

Well, they all passed it. Only now the people's trust in the police in the city of Kirov is not growing for some reason ...
