I want to sincerely congratulate all colleagues on our professional holiday - the Day of Russian Science! On this day, fortunately, the weekend, I would like to wish us all, colleagues, the constant increase of creative, scientific and innovative activity, a steady increase in dedication, our impact factors, citation indices, as well as an increase in the number of Nobel laureates on the soul of the scientific population in our institutions.

On this joyful day, I cannot help but think that all the horror stories that the staff of academic institutions scared each other have nothing to do with the truth. Working at the institutes did not get up, people not only did not end up the gate, but even received a salary for January, while the horror stories said that employees did not see for sure in connection with the reorganization of their money than in March. And all this thanks to the efforts of the head of Fano, Mikhail Mikhailovich Kotyukov, who was able to achieve mutual understanding with the Ministry of Finance, to achieve normal financing of subordinate organizations from the very beginning of the year.

In his further steps, Fano also shows vigilant care for subordinate organizations. And in material affairs, such as the statement of the provisions on procurement, and in the affairs of thin, spiritual. The leadership of Fano strictly followed that the congratulations of Mikhail Mikhailovich on the Day of Russian Science was posted on all institutions, so that the warm congratulatory word of the head of the agency could reach each subordinate.

Again, not only Fano will take care of you, colleagues from academic institutions, but also a new academy - after he finds his place and settles problems with the reduction of the apparatus, of course, will also begin to take care of the methodological and scientific leadership of labor groups. So for our scientific cow, twice as much administrative grass will be issued: different requests, circulars, recommendations and instructions.

In general, everything is growing stronger and the already initially firm confidence that the Law on RAS will only go for the benefit, and all the walls and sobs about the “dying” science are nothing more than the usual fig that our rotten intelligentsia strives to show the authorities.

Naturally, at a time when ordinary scientists are preparing to pour and drink, state -owned men think about folk welfare. So the Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Viktorovich Livanov spoke out about the need to adopt a new law on science, since the old one over 20 years of service and patching has pretty much leaked and no longer adequately reflects new realities. Strength work has already begun, so, comrades scientists, get ready to participate, offer, advise, so as not to scream later, that they do not listen to us and we will ignore our opinion. Moreover, there is still no way to get away from the imminent future prosperity.

But, of course, I am about my own, but about my own - about science and its many -sided being. And the people of our Russian, like its leadership, care and thoughts are completely different: the Winter Olympiad in Sochi. So that our athletes won more medals, and the terrorists were all soaked in the toilets. Yes, of course, not all the laid outs of the Olympics in the proper form were rebuilt, but in unfinished ones it is quite possible to wet and use them for their intended purpose. And I must say that all these scriptures of foreign journalists about unfinished and deficiencies are evil enemy insinuations that are aimed at casting a shadow on our achievements and our best Olympics in the world.

And let the Russian hires - corruption, they say, at the Olympic construction sites, theft and kumov, - you can’t peel us with this! I think that in our intellectual forces it is a worthy rebuff to malicious insinuations. It is necessary that, moving away from the celebration of the Day of Science, our new Academy, as the highest expert instance of the country, has given its expert and scientific conclusion about Olympic construction construction so that it exposes enemy slander with numbers and facts. From philosophical, historical, political and all other points of view - in all departments.
