According to the investigation, we are talking about insulting the opponent “in a rude, cynical, contrary to the rules of behavior,” reports Echo of Moscow .
The prosecutor’s office specified that a word was used, designating “a fool, a fool who says or does not what follows.” The guilty user of VKontakte is convicted that "he, deliberately violating the norms of ethics and morality that has developed in society, insulted the victim in public form on the Internet."
The case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 5.61 (“The insult contained in a public speech, a publicly demonstrated work or the media”) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, says The Village . The amount of the fine that must be paid in favor of the victim is 3,000 rubles.
