Court: Two heads of the GuembipK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are still arrested

The Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested two deputy heads of the Bright Administration of the Main Directorate of Economic Security and Anti -Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ivan Kosouur and Alexei Bodnar. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the office of the court. As ITAR-TASS specifies, such a decision was made on Saturday, February 15.

Meanwhile, the press secretary of the court, Natalya Romanova, refused to inform RAPSI in which crimes are suspected of Kosour and Bodnar and for how long they were arrested.

The task of management "B" GuemiBiPK is to counteract the plunder of budget funds. This structure is mainly engaged in violations during public procurement.

On Monday morning, Kommersant, citing sources in law enforcement agencies , wrote that the court refused to arrest the detainees. The newspaper reported this feast that the police were imputed Article 286 (abuse of power) and 304 of the Criminal Code (provocation of a bribe), but nothing is known about the details of the investigation.

The deputy of the State Duma Unenos Alexander Khinshtein wrote about the detention of high -ranking GUEBIPK officers on Friday on Twitter.
