Leonid Razvoszhaev - RIA Novosti
Three judges are sitting in a brightly lit hall at a high table under a two -headed gold eagle. In the same hall No. 635 last year, the trial of the "prisoners of Bolotnaya" was held for several months in a row. The judge on the left is noble of a gray -haired one, the judge on the right has shaved sports whiskey and the same nape. In the center sits a judge Zamashnyuk, a tall bald man with deeply sitting eyes and tightly squeezed lips. He is the presiding herself to the process of Udaltsov and Razvozhaev.
His style of maintaining the process is clear from the first minutes: he teaches a lawyer with 37-year-olds Karinna Moskalenko with professional ethics, some special, knocking in a theme in a voice, in a hacking the principles of the process (linen! Glass! Open!) And in his numerous jurisdictions leads dozens of links to the articles of the Criminal Code and their points.
Udaltsov sits among lawyers. He has not changed at all in a year of house arrest. Shaved, hung, in blue shabby jeans, in a black light jacket, in cheap sneakers of the city of Mytishchi - he is all the same person, passenger metro and left activist. His voice, when he answers the judge’s questions, is full -to -date and calm. But the voice of Leonid Razvoszhaev, sitting in a cage with transparent walls (six “marsh prisoners” were stuffed into this cage), is barely audible-not only because of the walls, but also because Razvozhaev was exhausted for one and a half years. He has a beard and fullness in the figure. On the day of the trial, of course, he is raised at six in the morning and returned to the camera at midnight - otherwise this system does not work, only to torture and for the scrap of a person. There are ten people in the cell with him. To the question of the judge Udaltsov definitely answers that he can participate in the process. Razvozhaev, standing in a cage, suggests what happened to him and how it worked on him.
“After my abduction, on October 19, 2012, I was tortured ... In the press, in the Irkutsk, the pre-trial detention center was repeatedly beaten with the connivance of officials,” says Razvoszhaev quietly. Along with me, two people, his brother Alexander sits with me and looks at him silently. “After that, I have psychological breakdowns and panic attacks ... heart attacks ... On the way to the court, I strongly rocking me, to sickening attacks ... My health status is very bad. You yourself understand that through these torture that I went ... ”-in a barely audible voice of a tortured person there is something penetrating through the walls that enters the brain that cuts the heart. He asks for medical care and transfer to another pre -trial detention center, close to the trial, so that he is not dragged 25 kilometers back and vice versa. The requests are simple, not at all excessive and stated without impudence, ordinary human language, but the court does not understand the usual human language.
The two judges at that moment do not even look at Razvozhaev, and the judge Zamashnyuk still looks at him with a sharp look and squeezes his lips even more tightly. The words of the torture, dragged by the stages, beaten by the criminals of a person, do not cause any interest or sympathy in him, these terrible words sparely fly by the judges and die in the faded air of legal proceedings. "For health reasons, can you participate in court meetings?" - "So far, yes."
The state prosecution - prosecutors of Smirnov and sides - begin to read out an indictment. They sit opposite lawyers and read alternately, half an hour, half an hour of another, half an hour, half an hour, half an hour of another ... both in blue. The experienced prosecutor Smirnov has a sophisticated face and a squeamishly upturned upper lip, this is the same prosecutor who, in the process of “swamp prisoners”, demanded five for some of them, for the other six years of prison. The prosecutor is younger, on his face, he has round glasses without a frame. Their speech is not very good, one says, “as far as we understand what”, the other is “ to the shit”. The document, which they read out with monotonous voices, decisively and irrevocably transfers the judicial action into the space of insanity, into the field of delirium. Brad cannot be stateed according to the rules of logic, the backwater cannot be transferred within the framework of decency. The document shallowing the prosecutor as an organization and the state as such tells the story of the initially criminal people who invited each other with criminal intentions to the "Christmas tree-firing" tavern in order to encourage each other to take part in criminal acts led by Targamadze. They acted criminally in the fulfillment of criminal intentions deliberately agreed with Targamadze and unidentified persons at the unidentified recreation center and in a hundred established places for the possible creation of a crush in pursuance of criminal intent on the organization of riots. So it sounds approximately. They were criminally conducted by political agitation, criminally visited dozens of cities of Russia for the possible creation of a crush in pursuing a criminal intent on the organization of riots, which expressed that they were criminally settled on the bridge, which led to the tackle on May 6, 2012. This was their plan for organizing riots.
“They were born with the aim of organizing riots. Then they went to the school with the aim of organizing riots ... ” - this is how the lawyer Agravsky will put the essence of the prosecution after the court hearing. But then.
- Razvozhaev! - Suddenly a strict voice of the judge Zamashnyuk is heard. - What are you sleeping there?
Razvozhaev really lay down in the cage. He leaned his back against the wall and covered his eyes. He is tired. It is impossible to listen to this multi -hour nonsense. Delirium cuts out the brain, draws consciousness into a deep dark hole. The judge, however, instructively puts a person enclosed in a cage as an example of himself and his colleagues, who are sitting at a table with appropriate cases and even do not think to lie down. "The court lives at home, and I'm in prison!" - Not without reason, the prisoner responds to this, but it straightens and does not lie down anymore. The students of Vyshinsky continue. Their languages move, their eyes slide along the lines, their hands hard turn over pages, and so the appearance of work arises; And from a heap of badly written, incoherently built, clogged with a bureaucratic plug of false phrases, the conclusion is drawn: a political activity not aimed at supporting the government, criminal in Russia. The criminal “shares aimed at discrediting the current government”, and “an encroachment on the basis of security and stability in society” ... but Stop!
- Why are children in court? The boy is there! - Judge Zamashnyuk is outraged. From his chairman, he demands to get up from the boy. Where is the boy? Who is the boy? The intrigued public is noisy. The boy that sneaked at the court session is certainly more interesting than the monotonous tambourine of two adult men, whom some kind of life misfortune made prosecutors in a shameful political process. But what? What should happen to a person so that he assumes this yoke and stigma? In the extreme row on the right, an embarrassed girl in the black-green baseball cap, the owner of a hippy bag of brown-yellow tones and six silver rings, three in each ear, stands on the right. She is not a boy and frankly tells the judge about it. "Put on the glasses!" -The guy in a red-blue-white sports jacket in my row rudely advises the judge and should immediately pay for this: bailiffs are thrown at him in black body armor and escort him out, but before the door he turns to the judge and shouts to him: “Russia will be free!” The narrow mouth of the judge is compressed.
The language, which is written by the accusation, this language of fouls and a political order leading to murders and torture, was created in Stalin's times. This vile tongue smells of a prison chamber and blood. And the prosecutors in this murderous, impossible language continue their epos about how Udaltsov bought a FORD FIEST car for 300 thousand rubles with a criminal goal for Targamadze and went to organize mass riots on it ... The old dumb “Ford Fiesta” and the “Christmas tree-firing” tavern are smiled in horror, they are in a step from becoming criminal. This clinical mania, this cynicism, is a combination of meanness and lies is difficult to make physically, and not everyone is standing.
- Shamens, damn it! - Suddenly it sounds clearly in the courtroom. The young man in the back row resolutely risen without the permission of the judge and, breaking all the hardened smoothness of the absurd, goes to the door. The bailiffs rush to him, and then he adds something else with such an expression on his face, which happens in a person who has reached the last face in his sense of disgust. He cannot endure anymore. The door behind him slamms.

Relations of the judge Zamashnyuk and Udaltsov from the very beginning of the process are tense. The day before the start of the process, Udaltsov had a birthday, and many brought him gifts. His wife Anastasia has a full bag of gifts, and one - a wooden doll on a stand - is in his hands. And he turns her in front of him, sitting between lawyers and short time, while the prosecutors score the atmosphere of a lump of lies fluffing in his eyes. This naive, frivolous doll in the hands of Udaltsov causes the wrath of the judge, he sees in the doll an encroachment on the most important and the only thing that can still be preserved in this panopticon: for a serious type of procedure. Then the Judge Zamashnyuk demands to get up from the defendant and pronounces the doll with strange and amazing words that seem to answer the unspoken questions of everyone who is sitting in the hall, and maybe the questions of the judge himself, so sophisticated in the articles of the law, which can quote them for ten minutes in a row. “The court is not a puppet theater! And not the theater of the absurd! " Having thought, Udaltsov puts the doll on an empty table behind him - he has a clash with a judge in front of him on a more important issue.
These skirmishes on each issue go all the time, the whole first day of the trial. The whole first day of this shameful political process is a heavy positional struggle of lawyers and a judge for any trifle, which is actually not a trifle. Lawyers ask for sockets for their laptops, the judge refuses sockets, because the law has nothing about sockets. Now the judge wants Udaltsov briefly answered “yes” or “no” to the question of whether he is clear to him, but Udaltsov does not want to limit himself to a monosyllabic answer, he wants to say . But only he begins to say how the judge wedges into his speech with the words about the articles of the Criminal Code, which entails links to other articles of the Criminal Code, and those have points, and among them there is a paragraph three, and she also has an article, and she also has a item, and then another article ... The judge clings to one article of the Criminal Code to the other, he presses his ill -owned and teaching monologues of lawyers and the residents of lawyers, Having drove them into a stall of casuistors, so that they were there prepared by the victims for prosecutors and do not prevent him from properly arranging this execution, which the authorities for observing decency and for the purposes of camouflage calls the “court session”. But the stubborn daredevil stands on his own, takes a book of the Criminal Code from the table and loudly, to the whole hall, reads an article where black and white says that he has the right to express his attitude to the indictment. This article is so unambiguous that the judge is resigned, and then Udaltsov begins.
His voice is strong. And not just strong, but also voluminous, accustomed to filling large spaces, grab air, pierce the squares and streets. And he holds the hall of court hearings. With this strong voice of a man who is used to saying so that he is heard by a street and a crowd, Udaltsov clogs a flimsy judicial microphone.
What he says now, of course, is not a verified legal statement in the framework of playing the court and not polite words with a secret idea to preserve the retreat paths. This is a statement by a person who was kept under arrest with his mouth shut up, who was thrown out of a policy who threatens a long term, but who wants and must say. "I categorically do not admit!" - The first phrase sounds like a blow. “The investigation complied with a political order to discredit the opposition. This is a fabricated accusation! This is the reprisal against dissenters. I am not the organizer of the riots. This is a conspiracy to blame me. By my worldview, I am an adversary of the riots! These are monstrous accusations! Neither I nor the Razvozhaev have anything to do with what is in these absurd accusations. This is a perverted stream of consciousness of the investigation! " - He throws into the face in two blue, bent at his table and looking at him from the bottom up. The ballpoint pen in Udaltsova's right hand draws a short trajectory in the air. "All Prisoners of Bolotnaya must be released!"
