The issue of the Garbage magazine of February 24 will be the last-the publishing house "Seven days" stops its release due to financial problems.

As Dmitry Biryukov, President of the Seven Days Publishing House, told Izvestia , the magazine’s publication became “economically inappropriate”. Now for the “results” they are looking for an investor or buyer, but so far it has not been possible to agree with anyone.

The termination of the issue of “results” is also reported by Interfax with reference to a source familiar with the situation. “The editorial staff on Monday announced that due to financial problems on March 10, the number will not be published, and the further prospects of the magazine are very vague,” the source said.

The future of journalists working on the print and electronic versions of the publication is still unknown. According to Biryukov, the issue of participation of a publishing house in the fate of a creative team has yet to be discussed. The leader does not call specific terms.

The socio-political weekly journal "Results" has been published since May 1996 and is part of the Seven Days. On the website of the ID "Seven days" the circulation of 78 thousand copies is indicated. "Mediaology" includes the publication in the five most cited magazines.

The shares of the Seven Days are distributed between the Gazprom-Media holding, Propermedia LTD., Cyprus company Liville Investments Limited and President of the publishing house Dmitry Biryukov.
