Unknown attackers attached a grenade to the door of the car, which belongs to the director of the "Rosgoscir" Farzane Khalilova. A car with a dangerous find was parked in the center of Moscow on Malaya Pirogovskaya Street. The police establish the circle of suspects, reports ITAR-TASS.
"At present, the investigation of this incident has begun. Motives and circle of suspects are established," the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow said. "The grenade is aimed at the study. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved," the law enforcement agencies added.
It should be noted that the police even had to partially block the movement on Malaya Pirogovskaya Street. “The grenade was tied to the door of the car,” Interfax quotes the press service of the Russian State Circus. Other details of the incident are not specified.
Khalilova Councilor Dmitry Fost called what happened "a complete surprise", RIA Novosti reports. “I can only say that for us it was, of course, a complete surprise, because Farzana Rakhimovna is such a positive and honest person that she simply cannot have such enemies. We admit that we are dealing with some kind of not quite a mentally healthy person. We cannot connect this with her professional activity,” said the representative of Khalilova.
It should be noted that Farzana Khalilova was appointed to the post of General Director of the Russian State Circus Company "Rosgoscirk" in September 2012 following the results of the competition. Rosgoscirk is a state circus company uniting more than 70 organizations, including 41 stationary circuses in Russian regions and several mobile circuses.
