According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the Komi , Zenischev, with a complicity of Luchenkov, received funds in the amount of 10 million rubles for the commission of illegal actions when implementing in 2007 a municipal contract for the preparation of design and estimate documentation, the construction and supply of equipment to the facility: “Modular boiler room in the village of Lower Choov Syktyvkar”.
“As part of the operational support of the criminal case, Roman Zenischev, who was on the international wanted list, and in respect of which a preventive measure in the form of detention was elected in absentia, employees of the FSB of Russia in the Komi Republic was detained in the city of Moscow and was transferred to the city of Syktyvkar .
