Detention on Tverskaya Street

After the verdict was sentenced to the accused in the “eight” in the Zamoskvoretsky court and the tough detentions near the court, the disagreements with the sentence in the evening of the same day went to Manezhnaya Square. The area itself was blocked, and people gathered on Tverskaya Street, where many of them were detained almost immediately. A lot of people in this way were detained twice in one day. The detainees were again transported to the police department throughout the city. In total, according to the ATS-Info, at least 430 people were detained.
