According to Interfax , Liev proposed to create an open -air museum in the village of Lenino Leninsky district on Lenin Square.
According to the minister, there are copyright works among the monuments to Lenin located in the Crimea.
“You can bring all the monuments to one such a symbolic place, and I am sure that this village will be very popular with tourists,” the minister said at a press conference in Yalta, where the exhibition “Crimea is now being held. Resorts. Tourism. 2014 ".
Over the past days, dozens of monuments to Lenin have been demolished in Ukraine, including in Kyiv, Chernigov, Zhitomir, Dnepropetrovsk, Kremenchug, Slavut, Brovary, boyars, Kirovograd, Poltava and other cities. The demolition of monuments to Lenin in Crimea was also reported - on February 23 in the village of greeting near Alushta and on February 24 in the village of Zuya, Belogorsky district.
