“During the time that the court sessions were held in the Zamoskvoretsky court, we knew all the police officers. They understood that we should not wait for any extremist exits from us and treated us normally. On Monday, the verdict was strengthened and caught up with many other police officers. They were very annoyed that so much attention was attracted to the process. There were two unfamiliar police officers among the convoy. One of them is a fair-haired man of great height.

Lawlessness in the convoy

When we finished to announce the verdict, we were lowered into the convoy room and there we signed that we were given a copy of the sentence. Such an order: you first sign, and then they give you a document. I asked: "Will you honestly give out the verdict?" They seemed to promise. Then, after a couple of hours, other police officers came and began to call us to a car carrier to go to a pre -trial detention center. I said that I won’t leave without a sentence, and he went for things in a small dressing room for things. A lieutenant and sergeant stood next to me. I knew them and they knew me unlike this fair -haired baby. Lieutenant and sergeant witnessed the incident that occurred between me and this “new” escort.

For no reason, he asked: “Why doesn’t he want to leave? I answered him: "I'm not talking to you." Then he cursed obscenely to me. I asked: "Why are you swearing?" Instead of an answer, he suddenly hit me with a boot under his knee and began to insult and intimidate. I was surprised: "Are you not adequate?"

Then he hit me on the neck and on the head, so much that my sparks flew out of my eyes. It seemed to me that the other police officers who saw this were surprised. All this lasted a few seconds. Then, the head of the convoy and another policeman with a DVR entered the convoy from the street. On the day of the verdict, they shot everything on the DVR, shot how they landed from auto -zaks, and they were being made to the court. The major talked with me quite respectfully, I told him everything and wrote a statement about what happened. ”

A real man

Alexey Polikhovich tells about this outrage very calmly. He behaves like a real man who does not complain and does not want him to be spared. “Imagine, I seem to be a strong guy, but if in my place some elderly person or a person is not the same as I put up to be with him?” he asks.

In the pre -trial detention center, Alexei immediately sought medical help, on Monday evening he was examined by a doctor who recorded a bruise and hematoma.

This case was interested in the Commissioner for Human Rights in Moscow Alexander Music. Last year, human rights activists recorded more than ten cases of beating in the convoy premises of Moscow courts. But so far, no of the police have been held accountable.

This time - it may work. After all, Alexei has witnesses among the police, he himself recorded the number of the token of that escort who literally dismissed his arms and legs.
