Viktor Yanukovych arrived in Rostov-on-Don

According to the Rostov Internet resource doninformburo , Viktor Yanukovych has arrived in Rostov-on-Don. He arrived by plane, which landed at a military airfield (located on the northwestern outskirts of the Don capital) at about 22.00. The plane was allegedly accompanied by several fighters. In any case, as the inhabitants of the Northern Zhilmassiv said by telephone, at about 10:00 pm an unusually loud rumble was heard for several minutes, similar to the sound of supersonic aircraft engines.

Usually high-ranking persons arriving in Rostov-on-Don stay in a special residence. But, apparently, Viktor Yanukovych is not there: according to the sources of the Internet resource, the security of the facility has not been strengthened.

Viktor Yanukovych will hold a press conference in Rostov-on-Don. It is scheduled for February 28 at 17:00. The official venue is not known. According to unofficial information, the event (where, apparently, a very limited number of media will be invited) may take place at the embassy of the Southern Federal District.
