The story with the arrests of the police resembles a subcover detective and is constantly overgrown with new details: at first there were rumors that employees of the FSB (USB) Office “closed” the police and several intermediaries for extorting a bribe allegedly connected with Rosatom, and as if a relative of the head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of General Yuri Alekseev was lit up among the intermediaries.

Then another version appeared: the operatives of the GUEBIPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the sanction of General Sugrobov were taken into the development of the deputy head of the 6th service of the 9th department of the USB of the FSB Igor Demin, to whom they allegedly received a signal. The general management of the special operation was carried out by Boris Kolesnikov, Deputy Svgorobov, and the head of the department “B”, Glavka Salavat Mullyarov, his two deputy - Alexey Bodnar and Ivan Casaurov and senior operatives Sergey Borisovsky and Mikhail Nazarov, carried out directly by the development of the head of the department.

Typically, for provocations with giving bribes, the subordinates of General Svugrobov used a full-time agent-the former operative of the 6th department of the ORB-3 DEB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Department of Economic Security) Major Sergei Pirozhkov (aka Gridasov). This character has already appeared in the criminal case of a deputy of the Magadan Regional Duma of Georgy Shamiryan (convicted) and entrepreneur Vera Trifonova (died in a pre -trial detention center), where he acted as a “victim of a banker”. He also was directly related to other criminal cases in which he took place with a closed witness.

I must say that a reception with a provocation of a bribe, which a professional agent, having several passports for different surnames, was trying to put into the development of an official or security official - is very widely distributed. Only in the suburbs in recent years was from the heels of such scandals: agents were exposed, but the victims of provocations still sat behind bars, despite the fact that the European Court of Human Rights recognized such a practice illegal and criminal.

However, this time the police did not risk the “promoted” agent and sent to the Chekist Demin Moskvich Ruslan Chukhlib, as if previously dismissed from the 2nd inter-district department of the CAO of Moscow Bailiffs. In the restaurant on Pokrovka, Chukhlib, who introduced himself as an entrepreneur, asked Demin to take him under his “roof” and laid 10 thousand dollars on the table - then he was detained.

During the inspection, Chukhlib was discovered by an expensive voice recorder, and dollars were marked in advance with special paint. At the first interrogation, the detainee testified to the full-time provocateur Pirozhkov-Gridasov, he also did not particularly unlock and named the names of the operatives from the control of “B” GuabipK. (According to some reports, Gridasov pies is a double agent and from the very beginning of the special operation kept the Chekists in the course of events.)

A panic began in the guinbipk, and a messenger with a compromise on Feysbashnikov flew to Vladimir Putin who was in Sochi. However, he was late: the Chekists were already in the president’s reception, who managed to show Putin their chubby folder. Moreover, as our sources reported, in the operational certificate of the FSB, a negative characteristic was given to the chief police investigator Yuri Alekseev and General Sugrobov.

The president immediately resigned Alekseev, and after him the report was submitted by General Sugrobov. Leaving, the general hoped that his team in the guinbipk would be left alone, but miscalculated: the individuals from the FSB detained his long -standing colonel Boris Kolesnikov and the head of the "B" department of Salavat Mullyarov.

Two comrades served

Boris Kolesnikov was born in Moscow (1977) in a family of a professor at the Department of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He began the service in the police on the criminal investigation department of the Sviblovo police department, then in the Moscow Office of the National Academy of Sciences of Moscow, where he met Denis Sugrobov.

Only then Denis and Borya became great and expensive costumes, foreign cars and the necessary acquaintances appeared.

At that time, the mentor of the Musketeers was the senior officer of the criminal investigation department Denis Onacik, who later transferred to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Central Federal District (Central Federal District). A little later, he pulled into Shabolovka and Musketeers.

Then the Sheakik quit the Ministry of Internal Affairs and went to the business, and Svugrobov married a relative of the head of the Presidential Control Department Konstantin Chuychenko, who was part of Dmitry Medvedev in the nearest round. And a real starfall rained down on Svugrobov-in the incomplete 37 years he became Lieutenant General of the Police and the head of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ( see “New” from No. 20 of February 24, 2014 ).

Boris Kolesnikov also had a successful career: he was appointed deputy SUGROBOV, and in 2012 Dmitry Medvedev included Musketer in the commission to ensure the implementation of measures to prevent bankruptcy of strategic enterprises and defense industry organizations.

Meanwhile, “signals” have repeatedly arrived at the Kolesnikov to the HUSB (own safety) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB. So, once a certain “well -wisher” said that the colonel allegedly “roofs” the businessman in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow Region. We checked this information: the commercial near Moscow said that "once the wife of Boris worked in his company, but for several years they have not communicated."

Kolesnikov was detained after a call for interrogation to the Investigative Committee. At the trial, where the issue of his arrest was resolved, he stated: “I associate the case against me with the presence of a huge number of“ well -wishers ”who want to reduce accounts with me and my employees. I am now representing the joy of corrupt officials who interfere with the development of our state, because a number of criminal cases will go to the urn. ”

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is actively discussing a loud conflict with the FSB, and the general meaning of the conversation comes down to the following: “Hurry snowdrifts first to Putin - everything would have turned out differently.”
