The military invasion of the Crimea began. The transfer of troops to the peninsula is already in full swing. To introduce the "limited contingent" of the Russian armed forces to Ukraine to President Vladimir Putin unanimously allowed the Federation Council. The authorities of Ukraine and the leaders of the world powers called to refrain from the escalation of violence.
