Russian troops in Crimea are not yet proceeding to active actions. They are trying to turn over the Ukrainian military. Denis Berezovsky, freshly recognized by the commander in Chief of the Navy of Ukraine, went over to the Russians, violating the oath.

In Ukraine, universal mobilization, troops are made in increased readiness. On the eve of the Federation Council approved the input of the "limited contingent" into the Crimea.
