In St. Petersburg, more than 30 participants in the anti -war gathering in the square on Isaakievskaya Square were detained. In total, about 400 people entered the action, the correspondent of the "faces" reports. Supporters of the annexation of Crimea came to the square, including the deputy of the St. Petersburg Zaks Vitaly Milonov, who personally selected posters and insulted the elderly anti -war activists. There were brawls, there are victims. According to preliminary information, one of them has a broken nose (this moment is captured in our video report). One of the supporters of Milonov doused the elderly artist Elena Osipova by the feces.
A little later, the leaders of the local branches of the RPR-Parnas, the “Civil Platform”, “Party December 5” and “Party of Progress” came to the audience. Deputy ZakS Maxim Reznik urged the audience not to succumb to provocations and stated that he would coordinate the rally on the Marse Field on Saturday, March 8.
In autozaks, along with anti -war activists, there were provocateurs, including Assistant Milonov Anatoly Artyukh, who had a sheet with the inscription "Bandera to drive from Ukraine! Russia will help to do this!".
As in Moscow, in parallel with anti -war shares in St. Petersburg, a rally of state employees was held in support of the intervention on Ukraine. As one of the participants in the rally at the Yubileiny concert hall told our correspondent, he only found out on the spot on what reason the action was being held.
