In St. Petersburg, at least 27 people were detained at an anti-war rally, follows from the data of the Assistance Group for Detainees in St. Petersburg . Most of them were detained at Isakiyevskaya Square. One person, Anna Minaeva, was detained on the way to the action at the subway exit, allegedly to check documents.
