Due to the great employment of the Russian President, preparing for military intervention in a neighboring independent state, I have set out my issues that have recently accumulated in this open letter. I ask them as a citizen of the country, to whom Vladimir Putin runs the last 14 years, as a descendant of the President of the RSFSR-state education, which was in its place in Soviet times, as a former adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and, finally, as a journalist with 35 years of experience. So, questions to the President of the Russian Federation:
1. Why is the second time for your presidency you draw my country into the war outside its territory? In 2008, you already quarreled Russia with Georgia, destroying centuries -old good -neighborly relations between our peoples. These relationships are strking with great difficulty and not restored to this day. Next in line is another neighbor, and another fraternal people - Ukraine, where, according to your order, have already gone (while without identification marks!) Russian young people to fight with their Ukrainian peers.
2. Why, with your hard hand, Russia intervenes in the internal conflict of Ukrainians with Ukrainians, because most citizens, allegedly for the sake of which you decided to move your army to Crimea, are citizens of Ukraine, not Russia. You yourself in your interviews call the object of your protection "Russian -speaking inhabitants." So who do you protect-who find themselves in a difficult situation, including due to warlike statements by your ministers and deputies, Russian citizens in Crimea or "Russian-speaking" citizens of Ukraine? It is easy to imagine what chaos will erupt in the world if, following your "logic", the French will begin to protect the French -speaking, Americans and the British - English -speaking, the Spaniards of the Spanish -speaking inhabitants in a similar way.
3. Why are you afraid to admit that in Ukraine there was a popular uprising against a stroked regime, which turned all previously adopted agreements between the then president and the leaders of the opposition into pieces of paper, which have lost strength and meaning? Confirmation of what self -removal from affairs and the shameful flight from the country of your colleague and protege Mr. Yanukovych (pushing his tail, or what did the person inherited from distant ancestors)?
4. Why, instead of contributing to the normalization of the situation, to help the new leadership in Kyiv cool the hot heads of the radicals from the "Right Sector", naturally and inevitably to the people's uprising, you provoke the situation, contribute to the split of the neighboring state and creating another hot point on the border with Russia in the center of Europe?
5. Why, instead of smart and educated people, are you typing for your advisers to the gray "triceps"? Who writes notes for you about the situation in Ukraine? (Also the word "fascist", clearly not understanding its original meaning, is used in relation to the people who have compiled a new cabinet of ministers of a neighboring state). The young Muscovite, who secured the Russian flag over the building of the Kharkov administration, the State Duma deputy on television air compares with Cantaria, who hoisted the banner of victory over the Reichstag in 1945!? By the way, even the nationalist “right -wing sector” showed more wisdom on his official website, reminding “all citizens of Ukraine, regardless of the nationality that their struggle is anti -imperial, and not Russophobic.”
6. Why do you actually violate the obligations to respect the independence, sovereignty and existing boundaries of Ukraine, taken by Russia together with the United States and Great Britain in 1994, according to a memorandum of security guarantees in connection with the accession of Ukraine to an agreement on the non -pronunciation of nuclear weapons?
7. Why do you want to quarrel Russia with the whole world, destroy all the achievements that Russian diplomats and, not least, causing such an allergies to the representatives of civil society have managed to achieve over the past two decades to improve the country's image, thereby ensuring its leaders the status of handshakes in the company of world leaders?
8. Why, for the sake of irresponsible Russian cheers-patriots, and at the same time everyone who would like to replenish accounts and pockets, playing the next “war”, you draw Russia into an adventure, doom the fellow citizens into an inevitable deterioration of an already difficult economic and social situation?
9. Why are you doing everything so that in the world on the Russians they again show your finger as lepers, and your conscientious fellow citizens are ashamed of their country?
10. Why do you want to turn Russia into a large camp, where some people go in order, the mouse is something inarticulate about your imaginary greatness, and the other quietly grumbles through the kitchens or loudly-on the way to places not so remote?
Why do you allow young people who have disagreed with the power policy at the rally permitted by law and those who were parted by law enforcement officers who were unlawfully carried their service, as proven by the court, who did not harm their health, instead of administrative fines, received many years of real terms, and the police officer who committed the rape of “during execution” was punished for his own. Crime is conditional?
12. And finally, do you lie only to us or to yourself too?
