Awarded "Oscars"

On Sunday, March 2, in Los Angeles the 86th ceremony of presenting the Academy Academy “Oscar” took place. The best film of 2013 was recognized as the historical drama of the British director Steve Maccuin “12 years of slavery” (12 Years A Slave).

The Oscar was awarded to the best director Alfonso Koaron (Mexico) for the science fiction thriller "Gravity" ( Gravity ). This film received the most awards - seven, including for the best operator work (Emmanuel Lyubetski).

In the “Best Male Role” nomination, Matthew McConha, who played in the biographical drama “Dallas Buyers Club”, won Jean-Marca Valle, “Oscar” was won by Kate Blanchett, playing the main role in the film by Woody Allen Jasmine ( Blue Jasmine ).

For the best male role, the second -plan was awarded to Jared Leto (“Dalla Club of Buyers”), for the best feminine role, the second -time role is Nyongo (“12 years of slavery”).

The best film in a foreign language is the epic satire on the modern society "Great Beauty" ( La Grande Bellezza ) Paolo Sorrentino (Italy), the best animation film - "Cold Heart" ( Frozen ).
