Professors MGIMO was fired for an anti -war article

The historian, religious scholar and political scientist, professor of the Department of Philosophy of MGIMO Andrei Zubov was dismissed from the institute. The reason, apparently, was the anti -war performances of the scientist, in particular, his recent article in the newspaper Vedomosti.

We are on the verge of complete destruction of the system of international treaties, economic chaos and political dictatorship. We are on the threshold of the war with our closest, kind of people of Ukraine, a sharp deterioration in relations with Europe and America, on the verge of cold, and possibly a hot war with them. ”

The historian analyzes the situation in the Crimea and indicates the general features of the current crisis in relations between Russia and Ukraine and the accession of Austria to the Third Reich in 1938.
