Boris Pavlovich Pustintsev was born in 1935, while studying at the 1st Leningrad Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages participated in an underground group, which consisted mainly of students of the institute-in November 1956 they distributed leaflets against the suppression of the Soviet troops in Hungary.
