The Central District Court of Khabarovsk ordered the local branch of Rostelecom to block access to Yandex, Wikipedia and KinoPoisk.

The reason for the decision on blocking was the presence on the pages of resources of references to prohibited materials in Russia. The local prosecutor's office went to court. Through the Wikipedia, you could find the text “Mine Kampf” (now the link was deleted, because it violated copyright), and Yandex made it possible to find out where to download the film “Eternal Jew” (the link could be found through the KinoPoisk website).
According to residents of Khabarovsk, access to Yandex has already been blocked. The court made a decision on February 5, it comes into force today, March 5.
