According to the OVD-Info, Bakholdin found guilty of disobedience the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is also fined 10 thousand rubles under Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation of the rules of the rally).

Three other activists who were judged on Thursday, Daniil Kogtev, Mikhail Agafonov and Alexey Ivanov - were sentenced to fines for both articles: 10 thousand rubles under Article 20.2 and 500 rubles under Article 19.3.

Thus, six participants in the anti -war action were sentenced to arrests on March 4. On Wednesday, sentences were sentenced to five administrative cases. The maximum punishment - 15 days of arrest and a 20,000th penalty - received Gennady Stroganov. Alexey Nikitin, Rade Lynn and Nyx Namena will serve 10 days, Maria Ryabikova - 5 days.
