
The Presnensky court of Moscow sentenced the civil activist Denis Bakholdin by 10 days of arrest for participating in an anti -war gathering at the Ministry of Defense. According to the OVD-Info, Bakholdin found guilty of disobedience the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is also fined 10 thousand rubles under Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation of the rules of the rally).
Three other activists who were judged on Thursday, Daniil Kogtev, Mikhail Agafonov and Alexey Ivanov - were sentenced to fines for both articles: 10 thousand rubles under Article 20.2 and 500 rubles under Article 19.3.
Thus, six participants in the anti -war action were sentenced to arrests on March 4. On Wednesday, sentences were sentenced to five administrative cases. The maximum punishment - 15 days of arrest and a 20,000th penalty - received Gennady Stroganov. Alexey Nikitin, Rade Lynn and Nyx Namena will serve 10 days, Maria Ryabikova - 5 days.
Before the hearing of activists, they kept for a long time in unheated auto -zats near the Presnensky court.
At the second anti -war gathering, 43 activists were detained at the Ministry of Defense. Stroganov went to the square with the poster "Military criminal Putin will be executed." The police in Megaphone announced that the action was illegal, and demanded to disperse. The participants in the action managed to release two dozen white pigeons.

The previous anti -war gathering took place in the center of Moscow on March 2, the police detained 362 people. Two were sentenced to arrest for 5 days - Belorus Vladislav Dronov and Ukrainian Roman Nevchinsky. (

Activists detained on peaceful shares, lawyers and human rights activists began to coordinate protection in administrative courts. A community has been created on Facebook for these purposes, on Thursday the first offline meeting takes place.
