
Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow fined Alexei Navalny for ten thousand rubles for violation of the rules of public events. This was announced on Twitter by the press secretary of the politician Anna Vedyt.
Navalny himself, during the court hearing on Friday, stated that on February 21, during the campaign near the court building, where they announced the verdict to the defendants of the "Swamp case", he stood silently and did not interfere with the passage of citizens. The court showed a video of the detention of Navalny, confirming his words. The judge refused to call the police officers who made the opposition detention protocol for interrogation.
After the action on Navalny, a protocol was drawn up on violation of part fifth of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which involves a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles or up to 40 hours of compulsory work.
For participation in a similar campaign on February 24 in the center of Moscow, politicians were arrested for seven days. He was found guilty of disobedience to the requirements of the police officer.
Since March 3, Alexei Navalny has been under house arrest. He was changed by the measure of restraint in the case of the theft of the funds of the company "Yves Rocher". The court granted the application of the investigation, which declared that Navalny violated the requirements of the non -departure subscription.
