On the other hand, there are large families where children are accidentally or they are made from some economic reasons. And such guys often grow on the street or fall into orphanages.
In the first case, without getting additional education, children do not fully realize the potential that they have, and in the second - go to the bottom because they do not have the opportunity to get other skills, not the ones that the family gives them.
Should the state help children from large families?
The leader of the movement "March 8", the activist of the non -system opposition Elena Vasilieva, the chairman of the Moscow City Parental Committee, the apparatus of the Patriarchal Commission, Ruslan Tkachenko and the coordinator of the childhood defense ", the left activist Sergei Pchelintsev (Nizhny Novgorod), are reflected.

The most difficult thing for large families is, of course, housing. The government, regional authorities promise such families to allocate land, but in the city of Monchegorsk, for example, in the Murmansk region they were offered to build cottages in the cemetery, and in Novosibirsk in a swamp. They don’t even offer in the middle lane, but they simply allocate areas - 20-30 per year, while in the region about 3 thousand large families.
In addition, in Russia, most of these families live in villages, villages, and in 2006 almost all rural schools were liquidated. In addition, in connection with the army reform, military towns, where there were large families of military personnel, were left without kindergartens, without schools.
I know in the Krasnodar Territory two families who did not take their children to school in the winter last year, because they are so poor that the guys did not have shoes. In the villages, where 300-350 thousand inhabitants and at the village are one school, 15-20 kilometers need to go on foot to sit at the desk. And in small villages, school buses are not provided at all.
In the Murmansk region, large families were offered to build cottages in the cemetery, and in Novosibirsk in a swamp. In all countries, people are proud of their gene pool and believe that the main thing in the country is children. Here it turns out that the state does not need children. All that we hear is essentially a declaration. At least recall that children in kindergartens are stuffed like herring in barrels, and more recently, a huge number of mothers throughout Russia went outside to draw attention to this problem. On the other hand, one teacher, one teacher for 25-30 children is also wrong.
I believe that if the state, society respects itself, we must love and respect all our children. And to those mothers who are ready to make the country demographically flourished, they need to organize the conditions under which they will calmly educate their children, and not pull themselves the last veins.
Now, in most cases, the state practically does not help large parents, especially if people are in a difficult life situation - the loss of a breadwinner, for example, disability. In such cases, they prefer to use the new law on juvenile justice: if, say, the family is poor, then it is easier for officials to come and withdraw children, put them in an orphanage or hospital.
In general, the situation becomes catastrophic: the government has triggered assistance to many children on the shoulders of the regions, and the regional authorities themselves decide what support they will provide. Very often they pay to mothers 100-150 rubles a month, no more, for food for the child. But even in Moscow, a situation arose-a large family, children study at school, the third-grader has free meals, and the brother, who is studying in the 2nd grade, was deprived of a free lunch simply because the eldest has already been allocated. Parents who have a character can come and hit the table with his fist, demand, and if a person is quiet and modest by nature? ..
An ordinary large family in the region: mom does not work, dad has wages - 10, even 30 thousand. So why does the state not equate a mother who raises children, to a working woman and pay her wages? And let her go into experience, because in the end everything will come to a pension that she will not receive or receive the minimum.
In addition, the salaries in the regions are very small: 10-12 thousand per month. Why not add another 8-10 thousand? Well, in the end, the mother will receive 20, 30 thousand rubles - this is a minimum in order to go to the store once. Indeed, in these families they deny themselves the purchase of good things, this is not even about, they deny themselves going to museums, traveling to rest. Especially from the north it is impossible to take children to the south. A large family in Russia lives below average, lives poorly, this is true.

Among the Communists are quite large percentage of large children, but basically they are quite poor people from the regions. Where there are no surpluses, people are looking for social justice, and for most such social ideology is most understandable. After all, we have one thing - the salvation of the family and the salvation of Russia - is not an ideological disagreement, but, on the contrary, unifying.
Of course, in addition to material difficulties, families have a big problem - this is moral education of children. We communicate with schools, go to clubs, educational institutions, and everywhere we notice the lack of moral factors in the behavior of youth.
As for additional classes, in Nizhny Novgorod, children, of course, go to circles, there are development centers, but the amount for them is clearly unbearable - up to 22 thousand per year for one child. Therefore, many of our parents have matured the idea that it is necessary to open their centers of extracurricular education on a gratuitous basis. Unfortunately, this measure is forced and unprofessional, but we do not see another way out.
The education that the state gives today is not enough. It is necessary that the program of additional education be included in the main one, along with general training, since this is a very important point for large families. This is the main thing that the state should do now.

Orthodox families are probably different from other large families, because they have experience of confession, forgiveness, empathy, love that helps this family. There is experience in gratitude to God for the fact that these children are. In everyday terms, all the same problems: where to go to study, where to get a higher education, where to work and so on. But it is the experience of communication, the experience of love allows us to understand that happiness is not in money.
Of course, we have outlived communism, there can be no return to communist ideology. Democracy and liberalism - we have pulled away from this, we are not there. Orthodoxy remains. And if we demand that the school give one one for all, then we must be ready to chew it. And if we want our personality to emphasize, then we must give it to our children ourselves. It is necessary to understand that Caesarean, and that God. The school teaches mathematics, and my task as a parent is to teach what God to pray if I want my child to be like me in something like me ...
I am against hanging labels. When they began to take away children in Moscow, this was motivated by the fact that in the regulations of interagency interaction it was written that the family in a difficult life situation is where there are orphans, drug addicts, alcoholics, as well as mother without father and large families ... It turned out that they spelled out drug addicts and large children, and then work is going on with them. But we are all different. If someone is the lack of money for education stimulates reinforced classes, then at least the other yells with free studies, he still will not learn.
The family in a difficult life situation is where there are orphans, drug addicts, alcoholics, as well as a mother without a father and large families ...Yes, many children have many material problems. However, on the other hand, in one village near Moscow, several of these mothers went candidates for deputies, won the elections and became deputies of local meetings. And they decided to allocate the land at the edges of this village: they immediately received gas and light from the village - here, please, the way out.
I was very surprised that many people want a return to the USSR. And we have democracy. When the king-father decides for you, the party is very convenient. But democracy implies that you are adding something. Therefore, to say that the state does not help, this is a lie. The same maternity capital, 400 thousand rubles were allocated this year. Get 400, earn 300, take a loan, and still to help relatives - here is the apartment. We have many children do not like to ask for help, and the rest do not like to give it. If you see that your neighbors are large, why not help? And often we limit ourselves. I know the family where the seven boys, my mother can’t cope with them, and dad, a former military man, built everyone. Mom is a realmer, earns great, everything is in order at home, everything is clean. And everyone is happy.
You must always act according to the situation. Crisis is now expected, there will be less money, and everything related to the increase in the budget is abroad at the level of the Ministry of Finance. We must understand this and prepare for this.
