The Supreme Council of Crimea adopted the Declaration of Independence, they hastily transfer Russian artillery and anti -aircraft guns to the peninsula, and the overthrown President Viktor Yanukovych promises to return to Kyiv, "as soon as the circumstances allow." The new authorities of Ukraine continue to detain the instigators of the riots in the regions.
