Two lieutenant general, 13 major generals and five colonels lost their posts. The reasons for the dismissal in the decree are not reported.

The deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, the head of the Main Investigation Department, Major General of Justice Vladimir Morozov, also retired. He resigned in connection with retirement.
