In connection with the changed situation in Russia and Ukraine, it is simply necessary to change the topic of manifestos and the composition of its participants! Ukrainians and Russians have always been the peoples of the brothers, and now when military tension began between fraternal countries, it is simply necessary to give the site in the main headquarters to Ukrainian artists by inviting them to the main program to participate. This is the only way to preserve the meaning of the manifesto embedded in the very name.

There is no way to be silent and pretend that nothing is happening. ”

Earlier, artists from around the world, members of the Pussy Riot group Maria Alekhina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova spoke out against the Biennale of Manifesto in St. Petersburg.
