
Today, March 12, the Organizing Committee of the International Literary Competition "Russian Prize" and the Yeltsin center announced a long list in 2013.
It included works by 35 writers and poets from 14 countries - Azerbaijan, Belarus, Venezuela, Germany, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, the USA, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland.

In total, 547 applications from writers and poets from 39 countries of the world were submitted to participate in the competition in 2013.
“Short list”-the names of the winners of the Russian Prize contest will be announced at a press conference in the Yeltsin center on March 25, and the IX Laureata awarding ceremony will be held in Moscow, in the “President-Fairy” April 22.
The International Literary Competition "Russian Prize" was established in 2005 to preserve and develop the Russian language as a unique phenomenon of world culture and support Russian -speaking writers of the world.
