Convicted in the case of the preparation of riots in Moscow, Konstantin Lebedev in the process of Sergei Udaltsov and Leonid Razvozzhaev, testified against his associates. During the interrogation in the Moscow City Court, he generally repeated his testimonies, data at the investigation, according to Udaltsov’s page on Facebook.

Lebedev said that he and Udaltsov and Razvozzhaev have prepared riots in Russia since 1999. He also spoke about the financing of the preparation of riots by Givi Targamadze. To prepare the protest, the Georgian politician allegedly issued Udaltsov 30-40 thousand dollars monthly. This money went on trips to the regions, the seal of campaign materials and salaries to activists.

Unlike previous testimonies, Lebedev said in the courtroom that Udaltsov and Razvozhaev "were preparing activists, but not for riots, but to protect the tent camp." According to his version, voiced in court, the events in Bolotnaya Square developed spontaneously, the defendants did not lead them.

The organizers of the rally planned to arrange Micromaidan in Bolotnaya Square, Lebedev said. According to him, the riots arose "because of the irresponsible actions of the liberal junta." Lebedev showed that Udaltsov proposed to stay after the rally, but members of the organizing committee Alexei Navalny, Evgenia Chirikov, Boris Nemtsov and Harry Kasparov insisted on a sedentary strike. They planned to break through to the large stone bridge, Lebedev noted.

"I have no questions to the witness Lebedev, he stipulates me and Razvozhaev and adheres to the investigation line," Udaltsov said. The defense petitioned for the transfer of interrogation to prepare questions to Lebedev, since his challenge to the court was not known in advance. Judge Alexander Zamashnyuk rejected the petition.

Zamashnyuk also asked Lebedev a number of questions. As noted on the Udaltsov page, the answers were not satisfied with the answers. He transferred the end of the interrogation to Thursday. After the meeting ended in the hall, there were shouts of "Shame Swan!" And "traitor!". The bailiffs promised that several people would not be allowed to court tomorrow.

On April 25, 2013, the Moscow City Court sentenced Lebedev to two and a half years of the penal colony . He was found guilty under part 1 of Article 212 (organization of riots) for "riots" in Bolotnaya Square and in part 1 of Article 30, part 1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (preparation for the organization of mass riots) according to the "facts" set forth in the film "Anatomy of Protest - 2". The accusation asked for Lebedev five years of general regime.

The process itself took place on April 22. Since Lebedev concluded a deal with the investigation, his case was listened in a special order - without analyzing evidence and interrogation of witnesses. The closed part of the court took about 20 minutes.

The defendant fully pleaded guilty, including by such episodes as preparation of sabotage on the Trans -Siberian Railway and riots in the correctional colonies of the five regions of central Russia.

On January 30, Lebedev filed a request for parole .
