The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was outraged by the fact that some passengers of Russian flights were not allowed into the territory of Ukraine. For the past ten days, 49 people were gaining. The Russian Foreign Ministry sent a note of protest to the Ukrainian embassy in Moscow, calling the actions of the border services of Ukraine "provocative".
"On March 14, the Embassy of Ukraine in Moscow sent a note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation," the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, which was published on Facebook (the official website of the Foreign Ministry is not available, possibly in connection with the attack of hackers ).
The ministry was indignant at the fact that the Ukrainian side refuses to enter the territory of Ukraine to some passengers and crew members of Russian aircraft. "According to the Russian air carrier, Aeroflot - Russian Airlines, which is appointed on behalf of the Russian Federation to perform regular flights to points in Ukraine with the aim of transporting passengers, cargo, baggage and mail, the border service of Ukraine refuses to enter the territory of Ukraine passengers and crews of Russian air carrier aircraft," the Foreign Ministry said.
Such actions have been recorded over the past 10 days. "These illegal actions of the border service of Ukraine were committed from March 4 to 14, 2014 in relation to 49 citizens of the Russian Federation (47 passengers and 2 members of the aircraft crew), the next flights of Aeroflot - Russian Airlines from Moscow to Donetsk, Kyiv and Odessa," the ministry said.
"Such shares are regarded by the Russian side as provocative and not complying with the provisions of international acts and conventions to comply with human rights and requirements for the safety of flights of international civil aviation," the department concluded, urging Ukraine to comply with the agreement.
Note that on March 13, Russian airlinesdecided to change some routes and began to fly past the territory of Ukraine. For example, Aeroflot and S7 aircraft are now flying around Ukrainian airspace. In airlines, intelligible comments on this situation were not given.
It is also worth mentioning that in Crimea, air traffic with Kyiv is generally stopped. From the airport of Simferopol, flights fly only to Moscow, and, respectively, aircraft are also accepted only from Moscow. According to the heads of autonomy,on the eve of the referendum, the authorities decided to limit access to the territory of the Crimea in order to avoid all kinds of provocations, as well as protect themselves from radical activists.
Prior to this, by the way, the airport in Simferopol was occupied by armed people without identification marks. They are called self -defense in Crimea, although in many ways they resemble the Russian military. Actually, these are armed people who, although they are not officially recognized as Russian soldiers, but for the abundance ofevidence , are considered to be in the press, the military units in the Crimea blocked.
